The Information We Collect
Lark Music Loft collects information by various methods, including information that is provided directly by customers via online registration forms, email inquiries, phone inquiries, social media messages, and in-person contact.
The types of personal information we collect include adult’s name and contact information, and child’s name, birthday, and gender. Credit card and/or banking information entered into My Music Staff (software used by Lark Music Loft to operate the studio) is neither stored by Lark nor visible to any Lark representatives. Credit card information is used for billing purposes only.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, you can opt out by texting STOP.
How We Use This Information
This information is used to aid in the provision of our various products and services, including customer service, accounting, billing, collections, and the marketing of other products and services.
Lark Music Loft teachers can view personal contact information within the My Music Staff portal, for the purpose of communicating directly about lesson scheduling. Lark teachers are all required to pass a background check and sign a contract with strict limitations on communicating via phone/email with students under 18 years of age.
With Whom We Share This Information
Lark Music Loft does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy. Lark Music Loft may provide personal information to Music Together Worldwide as a requirement of our status as a Licensed Independent Music Together Center.
